Testimonials Dear Kathi and Lilli,A belated note of congratulations and thanks for a wonderful party. It was truly a fun gathering with all the components of a perfect celebration; wonderful atmosphere, great music and delicious food. Unfortunately, my husband and I were only able to stay for a short while due to the fact that we were expected at another event but, it was enough time to enjoy all your generous hospitality and to celebrate the outstanding success of your studio. And what a success it has been! You two should without a doubt be beyond proud of all you have accomplished. It has been no short road to what you have achieved, no doubt there was a lot of blood, sweat and tears (okay, forget the blood and tears, but, there was most definitely an abundance of sweat) to get where you have gotten to today. As you probably well know, the overall success rate of a small business is a mere 28%; meaning that 72% of small businesses fail within the first two years; hence the studio has reached a major milestone. It will come as no surprise to you that Bikram Yoga had become an important component in my life; therefore, I am so very grateful to have such a peaceful and pleasant studio to attend with such learned and compassionate instructors. With heartfelt thanks, Joann Kathi! We so enjoyed our class with you in your beautiful studio. You cannot imagine how much we appreciated the cleanliness, the light and airy room and the wonderful teaching (YOU). Your warm welcome was much appreciated. We had a great workout! I only wish the rest of the studios we visit were as lovely. Thank you again, Linda and Gray Cardiff Danville, California Early 2008 I decided to reduce body weight significantly and sustainably. At this time a colleague and friend of mine had already told me about Bikram Yoga and her experiences. Beeing encouraged by the Bikram Website ("Never too bad, never too late, never too old, never too sick to start from scratch and begin all over again!", I decided to give it a try. Starting end of March at 151kg/333lbs, I took Bikram clsses twice, later, when things went already better, three times a week. Within four months I lost 35 kg/77 lbs. Changing my eating habbits was not any problem since my preferences have changed at the same time. The support of other yogis and yoginis helped me a lot as well as the pleasant ambiance and the perfectly conducted Yoga classes. Many thanks to Kathi, Lilli and her team! I know feel much fitter (physically and mentally). Beyond that I earned an extra benefit: As Bikram classes deal with the topics of tension and relaxation, Bikram Yoga has helped me in my job to deal with stressful situations in a much better way. Look at the figures and you'll find out: there's a lot to do for me yet - so I'm looking forward to a lot of hot yoga classes! The only drawback I experienced since starting Bikram: The owner of the pizza restaurant around the corner has stopped greeting me for some not understandably reasons. Emmerich |
